REFUND AND RETURNS

It is very important to us that you feel comfortable while shopping with us. That is why we offer you the following solutions in case you find yourself in an uncomfortable situation.

Do you want to cancel / edit your order?

Our primary goal is to process all orders quickly and without errors. So if you would like to cancel or edit your order, please email us at support@shtolida.com within 24 hours of placing the order. The sooner the better, because once the order is processed, we can’t make any changes since it’s already on its way.

How do I apply for a replacement product?

We can replace your product if you find yourself in one of the following two situations:

1. The product you received is different from the item you ordered.

2. The product is defective or damaged.

In these cases, there is no need to return the item. Simply send some pictures/video to support@shtolida.com showing us the problem and we will be able to process your request. If the issue is true, we can send you a new product the same day we receive the email.

If you find yourself in one of the following situations, we can replace your product:

1. Don’t like the product and want to change to another product.

How do I request a refund?

If you find yourself in one of the following three situations, we can refund you:

1. The product you received is different from the item you ordered.

2. The product is defective or damaged.

3. Don’t like the product.

– Within 3 business days after we receive your returned product, we will refund the money to the account you originally paid for.

The non-refundable cases are as follows:

– Our policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

– If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

– If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card or banking company to find out the reason for the delay.

If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@shtolida.com.

We will verify the situation with the bank and resolve the issue within 3 business days.
