Returns & Exchanges

Our primary goal is to process all orders quickly and without errors. So if you would like to cancel or edit your order, please email us at support@shtolida.com within 24 hours of placing the order. The sooner the better, because once the order is processed, we can’t make any changes since it’s already on its way.

We can replace your product if you find yourself in one of the following two situations:

1. The product you received is different from the item you ordered.

2. The product is defective or damaged.

In these cases, there is no need to return the item. Simply send some pictures/video to support@shtolida.com showing us the problem and we will be able to process your request. If the issue is true, we can send you a new product the same day we receive the email.

If you find yourself in one of the following situations, we can replace your product:

1. Don’t like the product and want to change to another product.

– Shipping costs for returns will be borne by SHTOLIDA within 45 days. The customs duty incurred for the return will be borne by the customer.

– Returning the goods requires customers to advance the shipping cost, then send us the name of the logistics company, courier bill number, proof of charges (screenshot of payment record or invoice or bill), bank account or PayPal account number by email, within 3 working days of receiving the email, we will send you the replacement product and will pay the logistics cost you advanced for the return, the cost will be refunded to the bank account you sent or PayPal account.

If you find yourself in one of the following three situations, we can refund you:

1. The product you received is different from the item you ordered.

2. The product is defective or damaged.

3. Don’t like the product.

Simply send some pictures or video to support@shtolida.com showing us the problem and we will be able to process your refund request. If the problem is true, we will approve your refund request.

The non-refundable cases are as follows:

– Our policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

– To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

– Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

In rare cases, we may encounter an obstacle. If your delivery date has passed, please contact us here and have your order number ready so we can investigate where your order is.

We will communicate with the logistics company to find out the reason for the delay and pass on the details to you. We take the customer service experience very seriously. If the product is lost by the logistics company, we will refund your payment to your original account within 3 business days. If the product is not lost, we will give you an exact time frame of arrival.

Product FQA

SHTOLIDA nail stickers can last for up to 14 days. Before applying, please clean your nails with the prep pad provided in the box. Next, press the gel nail strips on your nails evenly from the cuticle to the edge.

Note. Use a top coat to prolong the life of the gel.

  • Apply a top coat to finish.
  • You can add a little more to your seam around nail polish strips.
  • To make sure that your nail is fully waterproof, add a little more to its tip.

SHTOLIDA nail stickers have been upgraded to give you the same shine and durability as secure nails without UV/LED radiation. You can apply them yourself in minutes without worrying about harmful chemicals, smells, or UV light.
A sealing gel can be used to increase the gloss and prolong the life of nail stickers.

SHTOLIDA nail stickers come in 16~20 pieces and are available in 8~10 sizes. This allows you to choose the right size that is perfect for your nails. You can find the right size for you by selecting the closest one that fits your nail.

If you have a large nail stickers, you can cut it with scissors.

* SHTOLIDA suggests that fans use smaller nail stickers. This is because leftover nail stickers can easily be cut to make more styles and matches. It can also reduce waste and help protect our beautiful homes.

* To maintain its adhesion, make sure you clean your hands and nails.

Nail stickers is already made with top nail top coat, but if you want it last longer, we would recommend you to paint top coat on top and around the edges.

Use nail polish strips at room temperatures and warmly handle. Nail stickers can become more flexible in the heat than they are in the cold.

To soften the nail polish again, place it underbody heat for 10 minutes.

SHTOLIDA nail stickers are safe and have passed numerous safety certification tests. If you are pregnant, you should consult your doctor before you use it.
