Currently, we only support mailing to customers in the United States, Germany, France, Austria, Spain, Poland, The Netherlands, Portugal, Italy, Sweden, Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Finland and the United Kingdom, other countries are not available for mailing at this time.

Do we need to pay the duty ourselves?

All duties incurred for shipping to the United States, Germany, France, Spain, Poland, The Netherlands, Portugal, Italy, Sweden, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Finland, and the United Kingdom are paid by SHTOLIDA.

My package does not move or update - What should I do?

Updates may be delayed for some reasons, such as bad weather, long holidays, customs, a large number of shipments and backorders. If your package has not been updated for more than 7 business days, please contact us at support@shtolida.com and we will check the status for you.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will immediately receive an email update with a tracking code. You can then track your package here: Track Your Order.

Note: Due to the carrier system, it may take up to 48 business hours for your tracking code information to be visible on the carrier’s website.

Why doesn't the carrier's website recognize the tracking number for an order I placed?

This can happen due to delays in the carrier system. Please allow the carrier 2-5 business days before the status of your order is displayed on the website. If you still cannot track your package after this time, please contact us at support@shtolida.com. We will be happy to check for you.

I have not received my order yet - Who should I contact?

If you have not received your order within your selected delivery time (see Delivery Times), please contact us immediately so we can check the status of your package.

You can also contact your local post office if your tracking code shows that your package has arrived in your city. Please note that we are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses and phone numbers provided at the time of purchase.

The delivery person tried to deliver the package, but I was not at home, what should I do?

Please contact the carrier. Usually your package will be redelivered the next business day, but sometimes they simply ask you to pick up your package at their office. If you need help, please contact us and we will help you.

Why is my order late?

If your delivery date has passed, please contact us here and have your order number ready so we can investigate where your order is.

We will communicate with the logistics company to find out the reason for the delay and pass on the details to you. We take the customer service experience very seriously. If the product is lost by the logistics company, we will refund your payment to your original account within 3 business days. If the product is not lost, we will give you an exact time frame of arrival.
